Jack Doherty and his crew know how to keep us coming back pretty much on a nightly basis, from the Monday night 25-cent wings to Twofer Tuesdays to Fajitas & ‘Ritas every Wednesday — oh, and the 160-plus brews (half on draft and half in bottles). As for the Irishness that aced this category: settle in for corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, or shepherd’s pie, and some go-green items on the brunch menu. Try the “Erin Go-Braless” or the “Kimmi B.” omelet, stuffed with homemade corned beef hash.
